"IRONY OF LIFE"

" Sometimes the best and worst times of your life can coincide. It is a talent of the soul to discover the joy in pain - thinking of moments you long for, and knowing you'll never have them again. The beautiful ghosts of our past haunts us, and yet we still cant decide if the pain they caused us out weighs the tender moments when they touched our soul. This is the Irony of love"

Do we all deserve to be "HAPPY"

Some times it seems that I constantly fight a battle to be happy.

Sometimes, it seems that, I constantly fight a battle to be happy.
I have to consciously and purposefully seek out the positives, otherwise I slump into the negative.

It’s like scuttling up, what is a cross between a treadmill and a climbing wall, with quicksand at the base.

Like ex-smokers are the harshest critics of smokers, the reason I seek happiness so fervently is because I’m an unhappy person (and stating this helps, I think).
What if the very assumption, that I’m meant to be happy is the very thing making me more unhappy?

Do we all deserve to be happy?

Why do we all assume that being happy is natural?
If I accept that fact that, by default, I’m an unhappy person I’ll stop assuming I deserve happiness. This means any bit of happiness that comes my way, I’ll appreciate even more.
In truth I don’t know if I’m a naturally unhappy or happy person even though I do have prolonged periods of darkness.

What I do know is that everything in the known world has a frequency, which can mapped into wave forms.
So nature itself has ups and downs, how can we as humans not be affected in the same way?

All I’m saying is that feeling unhappy shouldn’t be seen as unnatural.

It’s as natural as being happy and I am still searching myself in this world of happiness and unhappiness.
